Called this store with an unexpected iPhone emergency; 2 rings and a young lady named Kimberly answers. I described my issue, she gave me a suggested fix, and everything is back to normal - emergency averted! Thanks you Kimberly - great job!!

Brought in my Samsung S6 phone from Verizon they said they could set me up, Well they sent me up with a service that never worked due to the Verzion phone being CDMA which AT&Ts platform is GSM. Left thinking all's good went out of town and realized I had no service, called AT&T service number(with Wife's Phone) after some time got to talk with technical services and they informed me that my phone is on a CDMA platform it never would have worked correctly and the employee never should have let me leave the store with it! I had this plan for a whole day and the Store nor AT&T would refund my money I cancel my plan due to services not rendered and have a credit card dispute on file with this company to get my money back! I Felt ripped off! Hope this helps someone!

Got our phone from here two years ago. When we signed up we had to go back because the sales person informed us that there would be certain service that we wouldnt be charged for that we were. When we went in they said there wasn't anything they could do. Know 2 years later when we thought we could get out of the contact we find out we can't get out of it because are payment plans for our phone are set up that you can trade in after after the 24 month other wise you still have another 6 months of payments on the phone. So it's really a 2 1/2 years plan. It was explained to us that it was a 2 year payment plan for the phone. Just becareful when you are in there. P.S. Xfinity has a pretty good set up especially if your already a customer. At least worth checking out.
